Enrich Part 3. The way towards a new experience

Inriver was in a great need of a complete overhaul of the whole design system (or more the lack of one) in combination with the need of a quite diffrent UX from what was previously offered

Pitfalls when making a new design

It so happened that the marketing team was also in full swing with a new graphic profile and I reached out to them to collaborate. It its very important that the design team and the marketing team work closely together during these fases or it will create a lot of friction and misunderstandings along the way. When designing a complex enterprise app like Enrich, you have to think long term, the designs needs to work for several years since it's a very costly endeavor

The new graphic profile was built on the square, wich was quite fortunate I thought since it works well with interface design as well

The current design was not that great. Many new users specifically complained that it was hard to know what action steps was neccessary to complete a product and make it ready for sale
